OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our Customer Strategy department.
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to help us support and analyze our operations across 1,200+ customers, including a wide range of sizes and verticals. You will interface with leadership and individual contributors on our Customer Strategy team.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years with operations experience (Customer Strategy focus preferred)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • **English proficiency required—must be able to speak and write in the language fluently

This is a mid-level position; the ideal candidate is looking to continue their career in operations or the digital marketing/ecommerce industry.
  • A strong communicator capable of interfacing internally with Customer Strategy stakeholders of different levels
  • Organized and capable of juggling many tasks with varying time sensitive due dates

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Customer Operations Specialist on our Customer Strategy team, you will:
  • Support the Customer Journey process by monitoring accounts’ progress from stage to stage and communicating with the respective CS teams working on the accounts.
  • Coordinate meeting times with stakeholders to discuss accounts at prescribed intervals
  • Curate the agenda and communicate to stakeholders prior to scheduled customer journey-related meetings
  • Collect and organize account-level information for presentation during customer journey-related meetings
  • Maintain CRM records reflecting details discussed in meetings and next steps
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure implementation of tasks
