OVERVIEW: 

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating compelling visuals that communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, tech or similar industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Miro, Figma and other design software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Ability to take creative direction and feedback while also bringing your own unique ideas to projects
  • Experience with video editing, animation and motion design is a plus
  • Knowledge of Hubspot. HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 
  • Develop and execute visually appealing designs for a range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, whitepapers, and more
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce creative campaigns that align with our brand identity and goals
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and improve their skills
  • Ensure consistency in visual branding across all marketing channels and materials
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts to enhance marketing initiatives

  • The base pay for this position is targeted at $85,000 - $110,000 per year
